FAQs
Closed Alpha
The Closed Alpha will begin on February 28th and will occur in 3 waves. Each wave will last approximately 1 week each. After 3 waves there will be an All Waves Weekend where we invite all Alpha participants back for a final weekend of playtesting.
If you are included in the Closed Alpha you will receive an email informing you of your wave. There will be follow up communications outlining all details for your wave.
The next step is to sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement which should now be visible on your Early Access Page. After reviewing and signing, please wait for further instructions via email closer to your Wave's start date.
Please note: We may move users into the client ahead of their scheduled wave. We will make users aware of these changes but will only extend your time with the game, not shorten.
Within the Closed Alpha we invite participants to try all available game modes and test as many cards as possible. This testing phase is important for us to gather your feedback on the current game build and card functions as well as any in game reports for bugs.
We have set up a special Closed Alpha Discord server. You will gain access to this server close to your wave's start date.
We encourage all participants to post about being included in our upcoming Closed Alpha but remind those to also review their NDA as well as the Do's and Don'ts of testing.
We will open redemption for Alpha Passes soon. Users who then redeem their Alpha Pass will gain access to Closed Alpha testing in our earliest wave and will have access throughout the process, no matter what wave.
Please continue to share your feedback on your experience with Parallel. You can also get ready to return for our All Waves Weekend at the end of the month, beginning on approximately March 26th.
No, You are not able to adjust waves.
We will be testing our systems throughout the Alpha and look to reward PRIME to testers at <1% of actual winning outputs. Please note: This may be sent after Closed Alpha ends.
The Closed Alpha will close late on March 26th, pending any updates.
The game client will read the cards connected to the wallets saved to your Parallel profile. We recommend saving all wallets here as well as setting a Primary Wallet for in-game rewards. If you don't have a wallet, you can still test using the provided cards but will not be able to see your personal Parallel holdings.
